Customer Experience Management Service
A Customer Experience Management Service is also offered to the Client in order to assess the ongoing abilities of trained staff members in the purchase process. This Service can be undertaken to assess whether particular aspects of training and or attitude are being adhered to, or if the training itself is effectively complying with the sales strategy.
As with all Juno Services formal evidence will be presented to the Client which can be used either internally or at a Judicial level if required.
